Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is FREE on all purchases of $35 and over (excluding taxes). Orders below $35 will be charged $4.90 shipping expenses.

Express Shipping is available at a surcharge of $19.90.

When do I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-2 business days to process and pack.  

Standard shipping generally takes 4-7 business days within the 48 contiguous states.

Express shipping generally takes 3 business days.

These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

With product launches and holidays, shipping can take longer sometimes unfortunately.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States. We would love to know if there is another country that you want us to open up to, please send us a message!

How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?

Oh no!

If you receive anything that looks off, please email us at hello@ravie.com with photos of your damaged products (so we can figure out what went wrong) and we’ll help make it right ASAP.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

We understand how frustrating this is. Please email us at hello@ravie.com so we can investigate.

I typed my address in wrong and need to change it.

Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they usually cannot be canceled or modified.

However, please contact our team at hello@ravie.com and we can see if we can help.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products, once an order has shipped we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping or have any questions, please contact us at hello@ravie.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they usually cannot be canceled or modified.

However, please contact our team at hello@ravie.com and we can see if we can help.

I received incorrect item(s), what should I do?

Please contact hello@ravie.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item(s) you received.

When can I get items that are out of stock?

We will notify through email when any of our products are back in stock.

We try our best to replenish our inventory as quickly as possible.

How can I find the status of my order?

We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Can I change the billing address for my order?

No, unfortunately we are unable to change the billing address of your order once it is placed. But, if your order was confirmed, you should have nothing to worry about! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes! All of our products are cruelty free. We do not test on animals.

How do I store my products?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Do your products expire?

Check the individual product pages to confirm. Effortless Lips™ has an expiration date of 18 months after opening.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our current products are vegan! Please check the individual product page for more details.

Is it safe to use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please check with a medical professional if you have any concerns.
