How do I pick the right shade?
We designed just four shades on purpose. Each one covers a wide range of hair colors so you don't have to overthink it. Taupe for blondes, platinum, grey, and light ash-brown. Light Brown for auburn, red, and warm brunettes. Dark Brown for medium to deep brunettes. Ebony for dark brown to black hair. I have very sparse or thin brows. Will this work for me?
Yes. The ultra-fine tip was designed for creating hair-like strokes where you have little to no brow hair. Women with thinning brows, alopecia, and post-chemo hair loss use it daily.

I'm new to brows. Is this hard to use?
Three steps: twist and fill, blend with the spoolie, done. No sharpener needed. The fine tip makes it easy to start light and build. If you go too far, the spoolie softens it right out.

Will the tip break?
Our 1.2mm tip is ultra-fine for real, hair-like strokes but reinforced to handle more pressure than most nano pencils. The smooth formula means you don't need to press hard anyway. Just twist up a small amount at a time. A little goes a long way.

How long does it stay on?
All day. The smudge-proof formula holds through sweat, oil, and long days. Women with oily skin specifically say this is the first brow pencil that doesn't disappear by noon.

How long does one pencil last?
Most people get 2 to 6 months of daily use depending on how much they apply.
